The location was definitely a strong point. I walked to many attractions. i found several dining options close by too. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices.
the bathroom was a bit small, it could benefit from a slightly better layout.

the hotel is close to shops, that allowed for easy access to necessities. public transport is nearby, and i was able to explore the city without difficulty. i found many eateries within walking distance, that was very convenient.

The location is very convenient. I found that many tour groups gathered here, so getting to tours was easy. The facilities seemed well kept. The price was also reasonable for what I received.
I found the pillows to be quite uncomfortable. The hotel advertises 24-hour room service. I called at 10:34 PM, but I could not order any food or drinks. The QR code in the room did not work either.

I was disappointed that I had to wait an hour to check in. I arrived to find the room was not ready, despite my high daily rate (the App did not state the late check-in time). The breakfast was laid out well, but lacked substance. It felt more like a soup kitchen.

the bathroom had hairs on the floor when i arrived. the decor seems tired. i would have expected more.
