solid stay in the city center
great location multiple options helpful staff varied choices
The location was definitely a strong point. I walked to many attractions. i found several dining options close by too. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices.
the bathroom was a bit small, it could benefit from a slightly better layout.

the room had blackout blinds, that were a nice feature. the bed provided good support, that was important to me. the air conditioning worked well.

the hotel is close to shops, that allowed for easy access to necessities. public transport is nearby, and i was able to explore the city without difficulty. i found many eateries within walking distance, that was very convenient.

the hotel offered convenient parking in the building, that was a major plus. the gym contained three treadmills, that let me maintain my workout routine. the hotel provides a buffet breakfast daily, , made mornings easier.

convenient location well kept facilities reasonable price uncomfortable pillow 24-hour room service non-functional qr code
The location is very convenient. I found that many tour groups gathered here, so getting to tours was easy. The facilities seemed well kept. The price was also reasonable for what I received.
I found the pillows to be quite uncomfortable. The hotel advertises 24-hour room service. I called at 10:34 PM, but I could not order any food or drinks. The QR code in the room did not work either.

I was disappointed that I had to wait an hour to check in. I arrived to find the room was not ready, despite my high daily rate (the App did not state the late check-in time). The breakfast was laid out well, but lacked substance. It felt more like a soup kitchen.

the bar offered local beers. woodfired pizzas are available. the location allows walk to shops and restaurants, it's fantastic.
the bathroom had hairs on the floor when i arrived. the decor seems tired. i would have expected more.
